Research on Assembly Technology

Our laboratory introduced the international advanced multi-channel bolt analysis system to perform mechanical tests on the torque, torsional angle, axial force, speed torque, low cycle fatigue torsional cyclic of the M4~M64 threaded parts according to the GB, GJB, HB, ISO, ASTM, NASM, BS, and DIN standards and simulate the on-site installation conditions to analyze torque - torsional angle, torque - axial force, torque – time, torsional angle - axial force, friction coefficient, and torque coefficient of the material so as to provide reliable design basis for the on-site installation.
